New members who would like to better understand how the club works
Meeting the faces behind the club - our volunteers and committee who keep everything running
Connecting with like-minded people who love the outdoors and exploring the Top End

It’s also the perfect place to ask questions - whether it’s about walks, what to expect, or what gear you might need.
We’re hosting the event at NT General Store, a locally owned outdoor equipment shop, so it’s a great opportunity to chat about gear and see what’s what!
Interested in becoming a walk leader?
The club is always looking for more people to help lead walks.
If you enjoy exploring, know some great spots, have basic navigation skills, or simply have experience in the Top End, we’d love to chat with you.
You don’t need to be an expert - just someone willing to help coordinate a group and share the experience with others. It’s a rewarding way to contribute, and a great way to connect more deeply with the club and the outdoors. And you get to show new hikers how awesome our Top End is!
