Once a year around May a special time to witness a specific wildlife event where the wetlands start to recede and wildlife start to move up a single creek into fresh water.

This is a great time to see snakes specifically file snakes, birds, hundreds of fish, crocodiles. 

No children under 10 due to safety risks as salt water crocodiles and venomous snakes can be in the area. If you are interested in joining pls email on info@darwinbushwalking.org.au by 08/05/2025. This is a members only event!
